Women's Ministry

 
PRAYER CHAIN
A telephone prayer chain for urgent, emergency prayer requests concerning our church family is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If you wish to be part of this ministry contact Carole at the church office and your name will be added to the chain. If you have a prayer request, call Pastor Ted, the church office, or a Deacon and they will activate the prayer chain.

Women gather in homes to knit or crochet, enjoy fellowship, participate in a short Bible study, and pray. The handmade shawls are given to those who have undergone surgery, suffered a loss, or are going through a difficult time in their life. Prayer is an important part of this ministry and the knitter begins each shawl with prayers and blessings for the recipient, continuing throughout the creation of the shawl. If you would like to donate yarn for these shawls or need more information, call the church office at 908-647-7090.
